What is your returns policy?
If you are not satisfied with your online purchase, we will accept returns up to 20 days from the date of purchase for a full refund. Proof of purchase or packing slip invoice is required. (Proof of purchase information is included on the packing slip) Please note, the item has to be in its original, unused condition without any rips, stains ,etc. Any personalized, customized or "sale" orders are considered final sales. (sales items could be new or preowned) These orders are non refundable and cannot be returned. If the merchandise is footwear, it must be accompanied by its original box.
